Online replies difficult

I’ve just responded to a hosting request online using my iPad, which is my default tool when travelling. The experience was made unnecessarily difficult by the poor interface layout; way too much real estate given to UI elements which are of minor use like the message index, with barely three lines visible in the message editor. This form field is my main reason for being on the page. Why so small?

Flicking through the rest of the site I’m overwhelmed by similar design choices; unnecessary white space around elements, drop shadows everywhere, floating panels which don’t line up or obscure other info. Why can I no longer see how long a user has been with WS - just “under 2 years”. How much under 2 years? Did they sign up yesterday?

Honestly folks, you need to find somebody with formal, professional UI/UX experience. I love the ethos behind WS and hope to be involved many more years, but the online experience is way behind the curve right now.
