Next month I will begin my tenth cross country bicycle tourist ride, following hard surfaces in parallel to the Great Divide Backpacking Trail and would like some ideas on what/need to see as I pass through. Many of these towns I have visited by car/family but missed most of the important stuff.
Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Taos, and beyond. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Providing every thing goes as planned, I will then head west to complete the ride from last year whereby wildfires caused me to stop near the halfway point and postpone.
